GivingTuesday, the annual day of giving, is coming soon on Tuesday, November 29! GGU’s #GivingTuesday campaign, #GGUGives, is a special opportunity for alumni, employees, students, and friends to help advance our mission to provide access to affordable, practical education to working professionals from all walks of life: people with lives to live, jobs to show up for, people to care for, and bills to pay.

What makes GGU special is our students. As the ally of the self-made, GGU has helped students like Gregory Dodge become lawyers who run for Oakland mayor and financial planners like Tan Phan empower immigrant communities. GGU has helped working parents advance their careers and working adults earn their degree on their own time. GGU alums are veterans who give back, immigrants who work in high tech, and if you’re Betty Yee, politicians who run the fifth largest economy in the world. Legends are made here.

GGU is for people who never give up. For people who have a dream that means so much to them that they will work a full-time job while earning a business degree on the side. It’s not easy, and GGU provides that opportunity to anyone who has the gumption to do it.

But GGU can only provide transformative educational opportunities because of you. Your support allows GGU to provide generous scholarships and innovative educational programs taught by high-caliber professors who turn aspirations into reality.

GGU provided those same invaluable opportunities for many of you. #GGUGives Needs You

This year, we’re setting a big fundraising goal—$75,000! Our generous Board of Trustees and Alumni Board are matching every dollar up to $50,000 to help us reach our goal. This means that your gift, no matter the size, will be matched dollar-for-dollar and will be used to help more deserving students access a GGU education.
